1. Overview
At Maya & Milan Mania we strive to provide high-quality, custom-designed products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. However, we do accept returns and offer refunds under specific circumstances.
2. Returns
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
4. Return Process

Shipping costs for returning a defective or damaged item will be covered by us. If the item was not defective or damaged, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
This means we will reimburse you for the shipping costs to send the item back to us.
In essence, we cover return shipping costs only if the product has a defect or damage upon arrival. For all other returns, customers bear the return shipping costs.
